On October 27, 2022, Ernest Dwane Woolwine, "Ernie" passed into eternity. He was 69.
Born the son of Ernest J. and Rosetta (nee Davis) Woolwine in West Virginia, he would grow up in Baltimore and come to the Glen Burnie area in 1991. Ernie worked as a Maintenance Technician for 40 years at several manufacturing companies until he had to retire due to a disability. He was an avid Orioles and Ravens fan, enjoyed building model cars and tinkering around in his basement with his tools. Ernie was often found in his favorite red Lazy Boy recliner. He loved to play with his grandchildren when they were young and was known as a loving husband and father.
Surviving Ernie is his dear wife of 28 years, Deborrah Jean (nee House), his devoted daughters, Tracy R. Mahle and husband Christopher, Jennifer Muller and husband Daniel and Karen Woolwine. He will be deeply missed by his loving sons, Ernest Lee Woolwine and wife Allison and Zachary Lee Williams and fiance' Jamie. Ernie will be cherished in the memory of his devoted grandchildren, Christopher Woolwine, Daniel and Hannah Muller, Andrew and Ethan Mahle, Blake Bowers and Zachary and Mackenzie Williams. He is also survived by numerous step siblings and joins his sister Brenda Appold in passing.
