Sadly, on April 9, 2022, Adeline Cathell "Dee" (nee Fleming) passed surrounded by her loving family. She was 69.
Born in New Jersey she is the daughter of the late Robert Bernard and Minnie Pauline (nee Gladd) Fleming. She would come to Harundale at the age of 6 when her family relocated and remained in the Glen Burnie area for the remainder of her life.
Dee worked for many years in retail and following her retirement she had a second career as a receptionist at a rehabilitation center. In her leisure, she enjoyed road trips, especially her yearly trip to visit her sister in Pennsylvania and vacations in Ocean City, Maryland. Being an auxillary member of the American legion, Dee loved to hang out at the legion hall where both her father and brother were members. She was also a sports fan who was loyal to her Jersey roots and supported the Yankees baseball team but was also a fan of Baltimore Ravens football. Dee was blessed to have grand and great grand children and enjoyed doing things with them. She was also an animal lover and adopted several dogs over the years. Dee was a dedicated pet owner.
Surviving Dee are her loving daughters, Melissa Tucker and husband William and Christina Harmon and fiance' Clint Allan. She will be cherished in the memories of her dear grandchildren, Larry Lamb, Kadence and Kylie Tucker, Timothy Dilworth and wife Amanda and Brandon and Mason Foster. Kaila Dilworth, her loving great-granddaughter will fondly remember her. Dee will be missed by her dear nieces and nephews, Kim Saltrick, Steven Ramsy and Charles Fleming, Jr., and Derrick Fleming. She will be missed by her sister-in-law Elaine Fleming and her dear friend Debbie Herndon and Craig McCann. Dee joins in passing her siblings, Mary Ramsy and Frank and Charles Fleming. Finally, Dee's presence will be missed by her beloved dog "Smokie" as she is reunited with her dear dog "Miss."
