William F. Brown, III (Bill) passed away on April 21, 2016 in his sleep of natural causes. He is survived by his two loving daughters Tamaira and Makayla Brown, devoted mother, Elaine Brown, and 3 sisters, Donna Wright, Deborah Combs and Katherine Schmidt. Bill served in the Navy, worked several security positions and was an owner/operator of a  Sedan service in Elkton Md. He enjoyed fishing, boating, target shooting, tinkering on cars and was a history buff. Bill was a resident of North East MD and was from the Pasadena area originally. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends! In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in his name to the National Stroke Association. He will be interred at the Crownsville MD Veteran's Cemetery on May 13, 201 at 1:45 PM..
