Willamay M. Smith (nee Kalandros), age 85, passed away on July 13, 2015.  She was the dear daughter of the late Steve W. and Virginia Kalandros, loving wife of the late Seth Smith whom she married in 1948,, devoted mother of the late Seth W. Smith, Jr. Mark A. Smith and Virginia D. Smith, beloved sister of Patricia Kalandros Moeller, cherished aunt of Renee Luedtke, Steve Bock and Barb Adams, loving grandmother of 3 granddaughters, 1 grandson, many great grandchildren and godmother of Christian and Jason Moeller. Willamay was a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie.  She graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1947. She was self employed as a license day care provider for 20 years.  She truly loved the neighborhood children and they all affectionately  called her "Granny".  Being a devout Protestant, Willamay enjoyed being a member of Church on the Rock in Millersville.  She sang in the church choir at the Christmas pageants. She was a a very spiritual, kind and loving person. Among many of her other interests, Willamay was an avid reader.  She loved shopping at Walmart and going out to eat. She will surely be missed.... The family will receive friends for a Memorial Service at Church on the Rock on August 3, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
