Walter "Lindy" Linwood Shreet, age 86, passed away on November 30, 2015.  He was the beloved husband of Elaine Irene Shreet, dear father of Danny R. and Eric L. Shreet and devoted grandfather of Krista Lynn Noel Shreet. Lindy was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He proudly served his country in the National Guard as a Medical Corpsman. Lindy was employed by Giant Construction, Union #1548 as a mill wright. He resided in Linthicum for the past 13 years.  He was a member of the Lansdowne Over 50 Club, Roadrunners and a lifetime member of the NRA.  Among his many interests, Lindy enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating and rebuilt several boats himself, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
