Virginia Sue Rivas, age 64, passed away on January 24, 2014.  She was the devoted mother of Jamey Rivas, Paula Nyberg, Leanne Rivas, and the late Denny and Heather Currence, loving sister of Danny and Allen Wright, Mary Dinkins, Arnetta Johnson, Jewel Wright and the late Dale and Corine Wright and William Dinkins, dear grandmother of  Jose and Michael Currence,Toni Marie, Tony and Cheyenne Abbott, Ryan and Kelsey Nyberg, Logan Warren, Kyle Cuautle, Bella Rivas and the late Denny Currence and devoted great grandmother of Jaxon Friedemann. She was also close friends with her former spouse, Alberto Rivas. Virginia was full of life.  She enjoyed country line dancing, native american/western beading and crocheting, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was the peacemaker and saw the good in everyone.  She loved making people smile and had a heart of gold.  She never held a grudge against anyone. She will truly be missed..... The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 10-11 AM where services will be held immediately follow the visitation at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S. in Glen Burnie, MD. Interment: Cedar Hill Cemetery
