Virginia Cora Vakoutis (nee Cooper), age 93, passed away on November 22, 2016.  She was the beloved wife of  35 years to the late Louis John Vakoutis, Sr., dear mother of the late Louis John, Jr., Carol Fotiou and her husband, John and Lucinda Hillberry and her husband, Brian.  She was the loving sister of 6 brothers and 5 sisters, devoted grandmother of Carole Jones and great grandmother of Alexa and William Jones as well as aunt to several nieces and nephews. Virginia was born in New York the relocated to Maryland in 1943.  Among her many interests, she was a talented seamstress.  She also liked to crochet, bake and decorate cakes and cook.  She enjoyed entertaining family and friends. She will truly be missed......
