Tyra Denise Burrell, age 31, passed away on January 27, 2016.  She was the dear daughter of Tyrone Burrell and Sandra M. Garland, beloved granddaughter of Clara Garland, loving mother of Jaden and Zaniya Lewis and devoted sister of Teresa Burrell. Tyra was born in Baltimore, MD and later relocated to Glen Burnie.  She worked as a nursing assistant at a local hospital at one time.  She enjoyed writing poetry, expressionism and was a fan of the Baltimore Ravens, and a devoted member of Faith Baptist Church on Furnace Branch Rd.  She was free spirited and fun loving, but most of all she was a loving and caring mother. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 3-5 PM at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S. in Glen Burnie where services will be held during the visitation.
