Sadly, on March 22, 2022, Theresa M. Moran (nee Raffo) passed at the age of 84.

Born the daughter of Mathew Francis and Palma M. (nee Tofino) and raised by her step father Carl Rosenberger, she would spend her youth in Southeast Baltimore and live in and around Linthicum since 1958.

Theresa was a dedicated Catholic and attended church regularly at her beloved Holy Trinity Church.  She kept a home for her family and enjoyed reading and baking.  Theresa was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is finally reunited with her dear husband Timothy J. Moran (1997) in passing and once again enjoy each others company in the presence of the Lord.  Theresa is survived by her beloved children,  Heather Walter and spouse  Jack, Colleen Budzynski, Kathleen Moran, daughter-in-law Sharon Goss and joins in passing her loving son Patrick Goss and son-in-law Brian Budzynski.  Her memory will be cherished by her devoted grandchildren Sarah McCormick and spouse Andrew, Jessica and Bryce Walter, Jonathan Moran, Andrew Goss, Brian Budzynski and wife Sarah and great-grandchildren Laila and Logan McCormick, Everett Budzynski and Alice Roberts.  She will be sorely missed by hr sister Connie Roby and niece Errin and nephews Robert and Brandon Roby.
