Thelma Derrenberger (nee Schorr), age 90, quietly passed away on September 14, 2014 surrounded by her family.  She was the devoted mother of Dianne Krach and husband, Bill, Pamela Benton and husband, Bill and Edonna Harris and Barry Williams.  She was also the beloved grandmother of Terri, Valerie, Kerry and John Henry as well as dear great grandmother of Alyssa and Lucas.  She was preceded in death by her loving and longtime companion, Hunter Bob Arnold. Thelma was born in Baltimore, MD in 1924. Before she married she worked at  Voshell's.  She moved to Catonsville in 1957 and raised her family. After her children grew up, she worked at Rhebs Candy Company before taking a position with BGE until retiring. She enjoyed feeding the birds and sitting in her yard, and she loved music.  She had many wonderful times singing and dancing at the Catonsville Moose Lodge with friends, but most of all, she adored spending time with her family. She will surely be missed.... The family is having a private Memorial Service at Fink Funeral Home.
