Sandra Marie Murphy "Sandy", age 72, passed away on August 22, 2015.  She was the beloved wife of 18 years to the late Ellis Neely Murphy, dear mother of Dawn M. Murphy-Burke, Dianne L. Oliver and Tiffany M. Coffman and her husband, Bobby, loving sister of, Diana Smith and the late Samuel Allen, devoted grandmother of Christopher and Michael Packard, Richard Satterwhite, Darriane Oliver, Kelsey McNulty and Joshua and Jameson Coffman and great grandmother of Cambria Packard, Landon, Braden and Miya Satterwhite. Sandy was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She married the love of her life, Ellis, in 1968 until 1986 when he passed away.  She worked in management in the retail industry.  She relocated to Virginia before returning to Linthicum, Maryland in 2005. Among her many interests, Sandy enjoyed traveling to Ocean City and liked crossword puzzles.  She was devoted to her church, The Brooklyn Church of God.  She was dedicated to her family and truly loved spending time with her grandchildren, nieces and nephew. She will surely be missed... The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S., Glen Burnie, Maryland where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Interment: Quantico National Cemetery on Thursday at 1:00 PM
