Sadly, Rusty Vallena Poarch passed at the age of only 35.   A resident of Lansdowne for 7 years she spent her childhood in the Orchard Beach area of Pasadena, then Glen Burnie.  She attended Northeast Highschool where she graduated in 2000.  Early to motherhood, taking care of her children was her mainstay in life, though she enjoyed the presence of family and friends as well. She is proceeded in death by her father Russell and is survived by her dear mother Deborah "Debbie" Kinsey nee Tucker.  Rusty leaves her beloved children William "Billy" and Blake Garrison and Carter and Olivia Schlichting. Also surviving her is her loving cousins Sherrie Smith, Patches Lamartina, Samantha Tucker-Malanowski, Whitney, Denise,  Vernise and Fredericka, aunts Verna Edwards, Tammy Grogan and Gail Lamartina and one uncle, Thomas Tucker. Rusty will be sorely missed by many family and friends too numerous to mention. The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to a charity deemed most appropriate to each individual, in her name.
