Sadly, on March 14, 2017 Rosetta Cecelia, nee DeRosa,  left this world to be with the Lord. Born 92 years ago in Baltimore, she lived most of her life in the Northern Anne Arundel County, lately of Arnold, where she spent many a year with her dear, late husband Herman G. Lotterer.  Together they raised and watched develop a wonderful family, including Rosann and her late husband John Boehm, Denise Sacchetti and her spouse Micheal, Cheryl Schulte and her husband Micheal and George H. Lotterer.  Her legacy continues to grow with 9 grandchildren and 8 great grand children.  She leaves behind her Sister Agnes Anita Tanner and spouse William. A dedicated Catholic she attended St John the Evangelist Church until her later years.  Rosetta was once a member of the 55+ club.  She enjoyed playing the piano, gardening, vacationing and cruising and dancing  with Herman at the USO.  "She loved to talk..., " but most memorably she loved her grandchildren.
