Robert "Moon" Lee Mullins, age 73, passed away on November 21, 2015.  He was the beloved husband of the late Nellie Cantrell, dear father of Nellie J. Mullins, loving brother of Joseph C. Mullins, Ina Kelly. Patricia A. Allred and Peggy G. Govel. Moon was born in Baltimore, MD.  After high school, he proudly served our country in the United States Army. After that, he was employed by International Brotherhood of Boiler Makers #193, where he worked for 35 years as a union member, but continued to work for 6 more years as non union.  He enjoyed target shooting, coin collecting and was a wonderful family handyman. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy, S. in Glen Burnie. Interment information will be available at a later date.
