Obituary
Suddenly, on September 27, 2022, Robert Louis Manning, III, " Bob" passed. He was just 45.
Born the son of Robert L. Manning, II and Carrie (nee Adams), late 2020, he was raised in Glen Burnie and is recently of Brooklyn.
Bob was a Tattoo Artist for over 20 years who also enjoyed fishing, hunting, Halloween and horror movies.
He is survived by his partner of 15 years and fiance Casey Gover, his devoted father Robert L. Manning, II, and his beloved sister, Susan R. Manning. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends too numerous to mention.
