Richard "Rick" D. Garvey, age 66, passed away on December 17, 2016.  He was the dear father of Shannon Patricia Garvey, loving brother of Kathleen Coffman and her husband, Edward and devoted grandfather of Lexi Garvey. Rick lived in Glen Burnie before relocating to Hurlock, MD in 2005. He worked as a Structural Engineer for the State of Maryland.  Among his many interests, he loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and building model trains, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He will truly be missed..... In memory of Rick, the family asks that you appreciate each other and spend time with family.
