Paula passed away on February 15th, 2021 in the comfort of her own home surrounded by her family. Paula was born in Old San Juan Puerto Rico on June 22, 1940 to the late Santiago and Santa Vasques Reyes de Montalvo. Later Paula would move to the states, marry, and start a family of her own.  Her children were her pride and joy. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, great-grandmother and loved by all. She enjoyed listening to Spanish music, watching her tv shows, movies, cooking Spanish and Italian food, making specialty cakes, and spending time with her family and friends.  She retired after 15 years of service with the federal government at Ft Meade. Paula is survived by long-term friend and companion Douglas Bonnar, daughter Maria Teresa Austin and husband Grant Austin, son Joseph David Bellotte, and son Anthony Leon Bellotte II and wife Tracey Bellotte, 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
