Sadly, on November 16, 2020, Norman Arthur Collins, Jr., passed after a protracted illness.  He was just 64.

The son of the late Norman A. Collins, Sr. and Patricia Ramona (nee Bowan), he was born and raised in Baltimore and was a true Baltimore Boy. He would later come to Brooklyn Park where he settled for the rest of his life.

A hard working man, Norman worked for over a decade as a warehouseman at a major manufacturer of high end beauty supplies.  Norman loved all of the children in his life and enjoyed being with his family.  He was very interested in sports and truly enjoyed Orioles baseball and Ravens football.  Norman was a fan of many different types of music and particularly enjoyed Christian music.  In 2007 he was "saved" and Normans love for the Lord was something that inspired people who knew him.

Surviving him are his dear wife since 2008, Donna Ann (nee Sullivan) as well as his beloved daughters Tracey Williams and her husband Issac and Donna Cumberland Turner.  Norman leaves  his loving son Sean Collins and a beloved stepson M. Scott Dilworth and his wife Debra.  Cherishing his memory are grandchildren, Tyler Peyton, Sean Collins, Jr. and step-grandson Timmy Dilworth.

He is also survived by a loving sister Teresa Hanssen and her spouse Douglas.  He will be missed by his special great nieces, Marissa and Bella and nephew Will Hart and many other loving nieces and nephews, and cousins.
