On May 18, 2012, Neva L. Smith, 79, passed away. Neva was born in Ohio, moved to Huntington, West Virginia then moved to  Linthicum where she resided since 1968. She was the dear wife of the late Danny L. Smith, beloved mother of Danny L. Smith, Jr., Theresa Hammel and the late Marc A. Smith, Sr., sister of 12 siblings, devoted grandmother of Michael R., Marc A. Jr. and Gary A. Smith, Dana M. Boritz and Michelle L. Hammel and loving great grandmother of Kamerin, Dylan, Lindsay, Trent, Paige and Addison. Neva enjoyed horse racing, soap operas and The Price Is Right. She also loved cooking and movies, but most of all she loved her family and she always made sure that everyone else was always taken care of. In Neva's younger years she liked to travel abroad.  She coached cheerleading teams and had fun bowling and water skiing. Services with Fink Funeral Home, P.A. in Glen Burnie are private.  She will be laid to rest at Glen Haven Cemetery.
