Nancy Lee McCoury, age 59, passed away on January 5, 2014.  She was the beloved daughter of Henry "Grady" McCoury, Sr. and Pearl Lee (nee Davis), dear sister of Ruth Ann McCoury and Henry "Jake" G. McCoury, Jr., devoted aunt of Pamela Miles and husband, Ryan, Melissa Cristofaro and husband, Brian, Jacob and Benjamin McCoury and great aunt of Ryan, Kelley, and Reagan Gallagher and Brandon, Luke and Ben Cristofaro, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins from many states in the U.S. Nancy was born in Annapolis, Maryland on February 3, 1954.  She was employed by a company who was contracted with the Department of Defense and worked in cafeteria services .  She was a Special Olympic swimmer in the 1st Special Olympics and took 2nd place.  She placed 1st at the Anne Arundel County Fair for canning.  Among her other interests were bowling, dancing and going to Vacation Bible School.  She was a very spiritual person and loved to spread the word of Jesus Christ, as well as participating in church affairs.  She was a very affectionate and caring woman and everyone was drawn to her personality. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 9, 2014 from 5-8 PM at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S. in Glen Burnie where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM.
