Nancy Carolyn Harrell, age 70, passed away on July 31, 2016.  She was the devoted mother of William "Bill" H. Mills, Jr. and his wife, Renee, dear grandmother of Stephanie Ewald, Shannon, Austin and Coty Sexton, loving great grandmother of William Ewald, III and Paisley R. Remery, and devoted in-law of John Campbell and his wife, Doris J., and finally, "Mom" of her beloved party poodle, "Dutch". She was born in Tennessee and moved to Maryland in 2004.  She was employed by the Comptroller of Maryland as the secretery untill retiring in 1994.  She proudly served in the United States Army as secretery also. Nancy enjoyed playing softball and basketball on teams in high school and loved to travel and going out with her friends, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
