On December 8, 2019, Mylinda Joy Wright, (nee Sansing) went home to be with the Lord, ending a heroic, long term battle with cancer.  She was just 61.

Born in Baltimore, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Doris (nee Catron) Sansing she would spend the entirety of her life in the Northern Anne Arundel County area, particularly Glen Burnie.

Mylinda was married three years prior to her lifelong friend and decades long companion, Adrun Eugene "Butch", Wright, Jr.  She built a life together with Butch while maintaining a rigorous career as the Office Manager for a waste disposal company for 15 years.  In her leisure time, Mylinda loved to play bingo and slots.  She enjoyed bluegrass and country music and loved to be outdoors.  She was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping in places like Loray, Virginia.  She was also a lover of her pets and animals in general.  For a time she was a member of the American Legion Post 40 and was past treasurer.  Mylinda is a member of the Church on the Rock in Millersville and a long time friend of the pastor, John Krach.

It was said that she was a protector:  very often she would tend to the needs of others forgoing her own burdens.  She was a devoted and loving mother, wife, grandmother and friend.

Surviving her are her beloved daughter Jamie Lauren Nelson and husband Brad and  loving son Shawn T. Huffman and wife Jennifer.  Mylinda leaves two brothers, Edwin and William Sansing.  She will be missed by her dear grandchildren, Lauren and Guy Nelson, Jay Huffamn, Josh McGregor and Dillan Fischer.

She will be sorely missed....
