Mossie M. Milewski, 90 ,  peacefully passed after a protracted illness with family at her side. Born in Virginia to Henry Lewis and Ketsia nee Thomas where she lived for a time, she eventually resided in Maryland.  The dear wife of the late Francis P. , she is also the devoted mother of Burma Bowers and her husband Elton and the late James "Bud" E. Smith.  Known as a family woman her legacy continues in her beloved grandchildren Shannon S. Bowers-Klebe and her husband Mark, Shawn M. Bowers and his wife Alesia as well as great-grandchildren Harper B. Klebe, Jack L. McLaughlin and Michaelina and Shawn M. Bowers, Jr. Mossie thoroughly enjoyed gardening in her yard and was an avid reader of mystery and romance novels.  Her interests also included puzzels as well as crossword and she volunteered with her church outreach in nursing home ministry. By all accounts she is much loved by family and friends and will be sorely missed.
