Mildred Rose O'Brien, age 90, passed away on March 1, 2016.  She was the beloved widow of the late Lester A. Jackson, Jr. and dear wife of 40 years to Robert Charles O'Brien, loving mother of Lester A. Jackson, III and his wife, Winona L., Patricia L. Cain, devoted stepmother of Robert C. O'Brien, Martha Simmons, and Sheila Rogers, dedicated grandmother of Andy Jackson and his wife, Melanie, Vicki and Scott Bromwell and Erik Lins, step grandmother of Genevieve O'Brien, Maggie Simmons and Robert E. O'Brien, cherished great grandmother of Josh Jackson, Jackson Bromwell, Erik Lins, Jr. and Kylie Lins and sister of the late Ruth Paulick. Mildred was born in Baltimore and later relocated to Linthicum in 1960.  She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, gardening and watching the news, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will truly be missed.... The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 3 from 7-9 PM at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S. in Glen Burnie where services will be held on Friday at 10:30 AM.
