Michael "Mickey" Gilbert Decker, age 53, passed away on March 8, 2016.  He was the beloved father of Amber Decker, dear brother of Keith Decker and his wife, Jon-el, Karen Surland, the late Rodney Kemp, and  loving grandfather of 4.  Mickey was a lifelong resident of Pasadena, MD and he worked as a roofer in the construction field.  He enjoyed watching Ravens Football and Orioles baseball, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. He will truly be missed....
