Martha Lee Lane (nee Simmons), age 82, passed away on January 2, 2016.  She was the  beloved wife of the late Robert D. Lane, dear mother of Gary W. and his wife, Teresa, Robert D., Jr., Jerry R. and his wife, Jackie, Diana L. Nichols and her husband, Jimmy and Nancy C. Bibeault and her husband , George.  She was the loving grandmother of Jimmy Martin, Matthew and Brandi Bibeault, Shelby Lane, Tracy Coe and Gary Lane, devoted great grandmother of Makayla Lane, Brooklyn Lane, Max and Jack Bibeault and Henley Lane.  She was the cherished sister of the late Bobby and Donny Simmons and Mary Johnson. Martha worked as a manager in the restaurant/food service industry.  she was a Brownie Troop Leader and involved with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.  She had a "green thumb" when it came to her plants and flowers.  She had a large collection of movies and she enjoyed reading novels, loved animals and had a great time selling Avon products.  In their retirement, Martha and her husband liked to cross country travel, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. She will truly be missed..... The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 6 from 3-5 at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S. in Glen Burnie where services will be held at 4:30 PM.
