Obituary

On April 19, 2019, Marjorie Ann Bailey (nee Lemon), 80 of Glen Burnie, passed at her home.  She was born in Pennsylvania and moved to this area with her mother, Mary J. (nee Kunkel) in the early 1950's.

Marjorie is the wife of the late James Bailey, III with whom she spent many years raising a family and making a home.  She enjoyed croche', and baking and was a "total book worm."  Marjorie also dabbled in writing and caligraphy.  For a time she served as the Secretary of the Glen Burnie Trailside Association an advocacy group for the B&A trail project.  Finally, she cared for the welfare of animals and loved , very much, her pet cat "Molly," that survives her.

Surviving her is her dear only daughter Cynthia Dawn Rug and husband Eric and two half siblings, Sue Sonsini and Tom Lemon.

Donations in her memory are welcome at stlabre.org an organization dedicated to the education of American Indian Children.
