Obituary

Marie C Doyle, age 92, died peacefully in her sleep at home on July 3rd, 2017. From her birth on April 30, 1925 in Baltimore, Maryland to her death on Monday, she nourished all the people around her with love and faith. She was an active member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, including The Holy Trinity Blessed Virgin Sodality, the Senior Citizens Club, the Bereavement Ministry, and the Lenten Luncheon Committee. She was active in the community, volunteering for Meals on Wheels, Partners in Care, and was a huge supporter of her grandsons' Boy Scout/Cub Scout Troops. Her support earned her the Richard H Carter Award from the Glen Burnie Improvement Association in 2005. Marie is survived by her daughter and son in law: Donna and Raymond Arnie, her grandchildren: Nigel and his wife Melissa, Jay and his wife Shannon, Zachary and his wife Christie and Tessa Arnie, as well as her four great-grandchildren: Lea, Jake, Leland and Juliet. Marie had many others in her life that called her Grandmom or Gunit, who will continue to honor her memory. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Marie C and George W Lynch, and her brother, George William Lynch Jr. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you donate to Hospice of the Chesapeake in Marie's memory. Donation information is available at www.Hospicechesapeake.org.
