Sadly, on July 1, 2022, Margaret Mary Dubicki, (nee' Filipkowski), know as "Billie," passed surrounded by her family.  She was 79.

Born the daughter of Stanley Milton and Ruby Elizabeth (nee' Middleton) Filipkowski, she was raised in Fells Point and came to this area in 1972.

Billie is the dear wife of Edward Paul Dubicki since 1962.  She met Ed at his fathers' store when they were kids.  They later dated and were married and have lived happily ever after.  While Ed was in the Air Force, Billie worked as an Administrator to a Colonel at Dover Air Force Base and was a dedicated wife and mother.  A woman of faith and member of the Catholic church, she served as a Eucharistic Minister to shut-ins for many years.

Surviving Billie are her devoted daughters Donna M. Willis and husband William and Janice M. Orsborn and husband Jeffrey.  She will be deeply missed by her cherished grandchildren Nicholas, Kathleen, Stephanie and Tatiana.  Billie joins her sister Dorothy Ann Filipkowski in passing.
