Margaret E. Raup (nee Mack) passed away on January 19, 2016.  She was the beloved wife of 55 years to the late Jack F. Raup, loving mother of Jackie K. Riggin and her husband, John and Jana L. Raup, and "adopted" daughter Karen Rodriguez and husband Domingo, dear sister of the late Mary C. Pendered and Helen Van Gorder, devoted grandmother of John (Jay) Riggin and his wife, Bridgette, Christopher Riggin and great grandmother of Brianna and Samantha Riggin and John (Jay) Riggin III. Margaret was born  in Sunbury, PA where she graduated high school in 1937 and finally resided in Glen Burnie for the past 70 years.  While her children were young and in school, she volunteered at the Glendale Elementary School library.  She was very strong in her faith and a devout member of Christ Lutheran Church.  She was very intelligent and could speak on any subject.  Among her many interests, Margaret enjoyed reading, needlework, talking on the phone, sending cards and occasional traveled to Florida, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Her motto was "Faith, Family and Friends". She will truly be missed.... The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 26 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S. in Glen Burnie, where services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00.
