Lucy "Lou" D. Praley (nee Rainaldi), age 71, passed away on May 19, 2017.  She was the beloved wife of 49 years to Frank Praley, III, devoted father of Danielle Kelz and her husband, Shawn and grandfather of her granddog, Remi.  She was predeceased by a number of brothers and sisters. Lou was born and raised in Baltimore's Little Italy, Maryland in 1945.  She worked as a manager in the hospitality industry.  Among her many interests, she enjoyed crafting, cruising and travel and making jewelry, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
