Sadly, on August 7, 2026, Joyce Lorraine Moxley (ne'e Seymour) passed after a long illness. She was just 66.

Born the daughter of Albert K. and Nancy M. ( Robinson) Seymour, she would be a life long Ferndale resident.

Joyce enjoyed horseback riding, fishing, crabbing and was an avid David Bowie music fan. She loved tigers and anything that had a tiger theme. Joyce was also very proud of her Seminole American Indian Heritage.

Joyce is reunited in her passing with her beloved father Albert K. Seymour and her dear son Gary Wileman.

Surviving Joyce is here devoted mother, Nancy Seymour as well as her loving sisters, Ellen Seymour, Sherry Moody, and Knolene Johnston and her husband Edward. She will be cherished in the memories of her loving nieces and nephews, Chelsea Fryou and husband Will, Dean Cole and wife Roxy, Hannah Johnston, Brett Johnston, Nathan Johnston and Emma Johnston.
