Joseph Earl Koenig, Jr., age 88, passed away on October 27, 2015.  He was the beloved husband of the late Ruth (nee Falkner), dear father of David E. Koenig and his wife, Leona and Nancy L. Burke and her husband, the late William, loving grandfather of Jeffrey Burke and his wife, Meredith, devoted great grandfather of Lucas J. and Carter F. Burke. Joseph was born in Baltimore, MD.  He was the son of Joseph, Sr. and Christina (nee Antliz).  He proudly served our country in the United States Army during WWII.  After his honorable discharge from the military, Joseph worked as an auto mechanic. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 1, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S. in Glen Burnie, where services will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment: Glen Haven Cemetery
