Joseph Franklin Kidwell, III, age 70, passed away on August 24, 2012.  He was the beloved husband of Josephine "Josie" Kidwell (nee Capasso), dear father of Joseph F., IV and spouse, Susan and Josephine Kidwell. Loving grandfather of Jamie Fortney, Joseph F. V, Aaron Saia, Racheal Lysher and Casey Kidwell, devoted great grandfather of Ethan, Sophie, Katelyn and Ashley Fortney, Alexis Saia and future baby Hunter. Joe served his country in the US Army, Special Forces, before working for CSX Railroad as a Police Officer, LT.  He retired after 30+ years of employment.  He was a Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council #12054 in Ridgely, MD. The family will receive friends for a Memorial Service on Thursday, August 30th at 11:30 AM at Fink Funeral Home.
