On May 29, 2020, John Richard Norris, "John," passed peacefully after a long battle with Diabetes.  He was 55.

Born to the late Joseph Leonard and Evelyn Joyce (nee Arrington) he would be a lifelong Maryland resident.

John was an avid fisherman who loved to be in his boat on the water.  He enjoyed spending time with his friends and is know as a loving father and grandfather.

He is survived by his beloved daughters Krystal and Heather Norris.  John will be missed by his dear grandchildren, Jayla, Michael, Tysun and twins, Zaden and Zander.   He is also survived by his devoted siblings Dawn Cunningham and James "Jimmy" Norris.  John is reunited with his brothers, Joe and Fran Norris.
