Jeffrey Michael Jacques age 69 passed peacefully at his family shore home on  the Delaware coast after a long battle with cancer. "Jeff" was born in Rochester New York to Edward J. Jacques and Jane E. nee Wickens.  He earned a B.A. in Accounting from Roger Williams College and also served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.  After leaving Cranston, RI in 1979 he relocated to Millersville with his wife and family to pursue his career with the Department of Defense as a Earned Value Manager for 29 years. Jeffrey, "loved being at the beach," enjoyed woodworking, fishing, golf and was an avid reader. Surviving him is his beloved wife of 44 years Kathleen B. nee Amott, his daughter  Kerrie Ann Reinke and spouse Harry III, sons Michael C. and Peter J. and siblings Ann W. Sullivan and Edward J. Jacques, Jr.  He also leaves his dear grandchildren Arianna Jacques, Jane and Harry Reinke, IV.
