James George Hoey, age 94, passed on September 28, 2023.  He was the dear son of the late John H. Hoey and Lillian nee Corane, the beloved husband of the late Eleanore H. nee Green, loving father of John Michael Hoey and his wife, Trish and James Steven Hoey, cherished stepfather of Rosalyn Lowry and devoted grandfather of 5 grand and 10 great grandchildren.

James proudly served in the United States Navy before embarking on his career at NSA as an agent.  He loved watching sports, especially football and baseball, playing shuffleboard and taking trips to Ocean City with his family.  James also belonged to the American Legion Post 40 in Glen Burnie.

He will truly be missed...
