Jack Gordon Mathias, Jr., age 64, passed away on March 31, 2017.  He was the dear son of Jack G., Sr and Mary M. (nee Roberts), loving brother of Steve, Mark and Linda Mathias and Carolyn Karp. Jack was born in Baltimore, MD before settling in Odenton, Md.  He graduated from high school, had some college education and proudly served in the United States Air Force. For a career, he  worked for Downtown Locker Room in Hanover, MD before retiring. Among many of his interests, Jack was an avid sports fan, especially of the Baltimore Colts, Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles.  He was also a history buff and enjoyed coin collecting.  He was involved in many memberships including  AAA, AARP, American Legion, Alliance for Retired Americans, Disabled American Veterans Commanders Club, USO, National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare- Leadership Circle, proud supporter of America's Veterans.  He was also a National Associate member of the Smithsonian Institute and finally, the Senior Citizens League. He will truly be missed.....
