Howard Dana McCann, age 75, passed away on September 10, 2012.  He was the beloved husband of MaryJane, dear father of Henry D.and Robert L McCann and Renae S. Quigley, loving brother of Stanley and the late William McCann, Henry Eder and Gerry Luckett, devoted grandfather of Sonny, Bobby, Mike, Jason, Ashley and Joseph and great grandfather of Ethan. Howard was a resident of Glen Burnie for 48 years.  He was a member of the American Legion Post 40.  He served his country in the US Army and was a SPC 4 Mechanic Armor. Howard was employed by the Department of Public Works from 1981-2001.  He enjoyed woodworking, and he loved mountain camping at Deep Creek Lake.  He was a devoted family man and loved his dogs, Suzie and Mitzi. A service will be held at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery on Thursday, September 13 @ 10:45 AM and open to family and friends.
