Regrettably on February 24, 2015 Helen Loretta Tepper nee Hullett, "Lorie," passed following an extended illness. Born in Carroll County to Edward H. Hullett and Helen L. Wheeler, she is the sister of Veronica Stevenson, Edward Hullett and step siblings Susa Sowa, Karen Ranney and Donald Millner. The devoted mother of Jessica Zile, Lorie is also loving "Grammy" to her "GG," (Gorgeous Girl), Molly.  Mrs. Tepper is survived by 9 nieces and nephews and her beloved begal "Elvis." Lorie was an avid collector of Coca-Cola memorabilia, enjoyed vacations in South Carolina and her favorite destination Florida.   She was a fan of the Ravens and Orioles but also liked NASCAR racing and watching  Judge Judy and the Price is Right with her granddaughter Molly. A generous and caring person Lorie loved helping charities and supported the Social Services Hol1day Sharing Program for 15 years. She will be sorely missed.
