Hazel Josephine Lock (nee Skipper), age 76, passed away on March 27, 2016.  She was the beloved wife of the late Charles William Lock, dear mother of Sally Jo Martin and her husband, Kirk, loving sister of the late Mae Barth, Thomas C. Skipper, Jr. and Mary Edith Skipper.  She was also the cherished grandmother of Katie and Andrew Martin and caring companion of Bill Lomax. Hazel was a devoted family woman.  She lived most of her life living in Ellicott City before moving to Glen Burnie.  She enjoyed music, including bluegrass but most of all she loved spending time with Sally, Kirk and her grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 31 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S. where services will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016. Interment:  Mountview Cemetery.
