Gloria A. Scott (nee Merchlinsky), age 92, passed away on November 27, 2016.  She was the dear daughter of the late Alex and Julia Merchlinsky, beloved wife of the late Charles W. Scott, USN, Ret., loving mother of Charles W. Scott, Stephen D. Scott and his wife, Shirley and Ann E. Nolan and her husband, Timothy.  She was the sister of Rosemary DeRogatis, the late Edmund and Alfred Merchlinsky, and the grandmother of Gideon Scott, Douglas Nolan and his wife, Connie and William and Steven Nolan. Gloria was born in Pennsylvania.  She met her husband, Charles in Washington DC during World War II. They lived in Norfolk before moving to Glen Burnie in 1961. Gloria was member of the Lady's Guild of Knights of Columbus.  She enjoyed sewing, reading mystery novels and baking, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
