Gerald Glen Kegley, age 81, passed away on May 8, 2014.  He was the dear husband of the late Rama Jean (nee Cooper), beloved father of Jimmy, Jerry and Teddy Kegley, Sandra Fickling and Cheryl Koch, loving brother of Wayne Kegley and Phyllis Isom and the late Jimmy Kegley and devoted grandfather of 9 grand and 13 great grandchildren including the late James. Jerry proudly served his country in the United States Army.  He was a PFC cook from 1953-1955.  Later he was employed by Westinghouse and worked as a welder and in Space Support programs for 20 years. Among his interests were fishing, camping, Orioles baseball games with the grandchildren, old time movies and westerns. Sometimes Jerry loved to just sit on the porch and watch the grandchildren play. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 12, 2014 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy South in Glen Burnie.  Services will be held on Tuesday, May 13 at Brooklyn Park Church of the United Brethren in Christ at 11:00 AM.
