Frederick Washington Finck, Jr.,age 78, passed away on September 30, 2013.  He was the beloved husband of the late Edith (nee Dungan) who passed in 2012 and devoted father of the late Jayne who passed in 1983.  He was the dear friend of Linda and Ken Bobick and Jill Bobick, as well as others that he cared about. During his life, Fred enjoyed stock car racing, reading and traveling.  Before owning his own company, Earth Shapers, where he worked as an excavator, he proudly served his country in the United States Army.
