Obituary for Frank Roberts MacSorley, Jr. Frank Roberts MacSorley, Jr., of Glen Burnie, MD, passed away on March 26, 2022, at the age of 77. Born in Cambridge, MD, Frank was the son of Frank Roberts MacSorley, Sr. and Marguerite Phillips MacSorley. He graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1962, and was employed by NSA. Frank enlisted in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and served in Thailand as a jet mechanic. Upon discharge from the Air Force, Frank enlisted in the Air National Guard and served for 20 years. Collecting military aviation artifacts was Frank's lifelong hobby. His passion was military aircraft photography. Frank was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by brother Joe (and wife Anne) of Gettysburg, PA, sister Sharon MacSorley Rice of Railroad, PA, and stepfather Donald Kidwiler of Mechanicsburg, PA. He is also survived by 3 nieces, Joanna MacSorley Bibeault (and husband Matt) of Millersville, MD, Lauren MacSorley of Boulder, CO, and Casey Rice of Reisterstown, MD, as well as 2 great-nephews and many cousins.
