Elaine Dale Brown, aged 88, passed away the evening of Friday, March 7th after a brief illness in Severna Park, MD. Elaine was the last surviving child born to David and Effie MacKenzie. She had a long career working for Anne Arundel Planning and Zoning and enjoyed spending quality time surrounded by family. She will be greatly missed.

Elaine is reunited in passing with her dear husband Bill Brown Jr (1986) and beloved son Bill Brown III (2016), her twin sister Eleanore (2024) and her brother Byron (1995). She is survived by her 3 loving daughters, a nephew, as well as 10 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren (soon to be 5).

Elaine enjoyed reading and taking long drives to vacation with family at the beach, mountains, well just about anywhere with a view.

In accordance with her family's wishes, a private event will be held by invitation only to honor her memory.
