Delmas D. Cockey, Jr., age 70, passed away on June 18, 2016.  He was the dear partner of Cheryl Moseley, beloved father of Delmas D. Cockey, III  (Chip), Pat Sullivan, Rhonda Cockey, Christina Moseley and the late Dawn Moseley.  He was the loving brother of Frances Barton and the late James Cockey and devoted grandfather of 10 grandchildren, and very close family friend, James Hunter. Del was born in Baltimore City and over 40 years ago, relocated to Brooklyn Park. He was employed by BGE where he worked as an underground lineman before retiring.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to gun shows and tournaments and vacationing with family and camping. He will be truly missed....
