Connie Lou Kelley (née Sheets), born Altoona, Pennsylvania, passed away at age 58,  on June 1, 2013 from cancer.  Daughter of Austin Franklin Sheets and Mary Margaret Barley.  She was the loving mother of Karie Ann Powers, caring grandmother of Haley Nicole Rejrat and Zoey Jane Powers.  Beloved sister of Carol Leata Merie Wingard and Richard Austin Sheets.  Dear aunt of Matthew Walter Kunz.  Significant Other of Byron Calvert. Connie lived in Pasadena, Maryland for the past four years.  She was loved and admired by family and friends, as well as numerous residents of Heritage Harbour Community Association, where she was employed as Financial Administrator. Myrtle Beach vacations were enjoyable times for Connie.  She liked to travel and play computer games, but most of all she loved to spend time with her granddaughters. Family will receive and friends at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy. at 5th Ave., Glen Burnie, Md., on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, from 2-4 and 6-7:30 pm, where a funeral service will take place immediately after the visitation.  Celebration of Connie's life will be held on June 6, 12-3:00 pm, at Heritage Harbour Community, 959 River Strand Loop, Annapolis, Maryland.  Interment will take place on June 7 at 10:00 am at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 5829 Ritchie Hwy., Brooklyn, Maryland.
