Claudell "Dell" Carter was born October 20, 1978  in Clarksdale, Mississippi to the late late Alberta Carter (Scott) and late Claudell Carter Sr.

He worked various jobs before relocating to Maryland where he found his passion as a moving supervisor.  He and his team moved thousands of pounds of Office Furniture to many Fortune 500 companies in the DC, Virginia, and Maryland area.

Dell was an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan and followed his team in the good and bad seasons. He would spend many hours watching his beloved team.

Dell especially loved cooking and burning on a grill. Dell was a fighter and fought his illness with great strength and courage.

Dell leaves to cherish his memory his brothers and sisters, an Aunt, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives, and special friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, December 18th, at River of Life Worship Center, 8232 Redmiles Lane, Odenton, MD 211

Interment: 1:00 pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 5829 Ritchie Highway, Baltimore, MD 21225.
