Cecile Blanche Rouiller, age 84, passed away on October 11, 2013.  She was the dear mother of  Donna Wright, Cindy Peeling and Gina Rouiller, loving grandmother of  Paul Richardson, David Waddell,  Suzanne Rouiller, Denise Wahman and Gary and Douglas Wright, beloved great grandmother of several great grandchildren, and devoted sister of "Bobbie" Frederick. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Douglas Rouiller, son, James D. Rouiller and numerous brothers and sisters. In her earlier years, Blanche lived with her daughter, Gina.  She watched her grandson, Paul Richardson as he grew.  She taught him how to ride a bike, had fun kicking the soccer ball around with him and she loved watching him play ball.  In her later years, she lived with her daughter, Cindy who is an animal lover.  Blanche wasn't an pet enthusiast, but learned to love "the kitties". She enjoyed vacationing with her sister, the late Irma Mitchell.  They traveled the country together to some of their favorite spots.  During her retirement, she liked to relax and watch tv and she loved all of her grand and great grandchildren and liked to visit with them when she could. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 promptly at 12:30, Woodlawn Cemetery, 2130 Woodlawn Drive, Baltimore, MD 21207.  There are no services to be held at the funeral home.
